I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of This Mortal Coil by Emily Suvada who happens to be an Australian author!!! This is her debut novel and it’s a sci-fi / kind of apocalyptic novel about genes manipulation and a really cool virus. But we’ll get into that a bit more in a second.
Sara Shepard is well known as a champion of YA mysteries/thrillers so when I saw The Amateurs at my local library I had to pick it up.
I received an ARC of Dare Mighty Things by Heather Kaczynski from Edelweiss and this in no way impacts my thoughts. This book comes out tomorrow!!
I didn’t know whether it would be better to post my review closer to the release date or not so let me know what you guys would prefer.
I know I’m a little late to the party but I super enjoyed this book and I wanted to share my thoughts. Plus with all the hype about this book I’m sure people would be interested to see what I thought.
Ruin and Rising is the third book in Leigh Bardugo’s Grisha trilogy. I really wanted to read this series before I read her Six of Crows duology (which I know isn’t necessary) and once I started this series I flew through it.
We Own The Sky is an urban fantasy novel by Sara Crawford. I was sent this book by the author in exchange for an honest review and I really enjoyed it. This book sucked me in and I can’t even figure out why.
Siege and Storm is the second book in Leigh Bardugo’s Grisha Trilogy. Check out my review of Shadow and Bone, the first book in the trilogy. I read both books in quick succession and now I am waiting for the third book in the trilogy to be returned to my library so I can read it.
NOTE: there will be spoilers for Shadow and Bone in this post
